Went to this today the turnout was small but there was some great cars there, a nice mk2 escort running a cozzy turbo lump that got into the low 10's a dark mettalic blue, very nice car some loverly kawasaki 2stroke triples, these were rapid!!!! lots of scoobys & skylines, not my cuppa but they were ok MICK WILKES with his xe turbo powered vauxhall magnum! 11 second 1/4's but he had curse word tread on the rear tyres haha  his words & i gott say! the tyres were well on the limit!!!! i love this car though! power not to paint!!!! some nice bikes, a really nice fzr 750 was running really well & beating a zx12turbo on 1/4 times WTF!!!! i don't thingk it was a standard fzr750 but it looked factory! the usual r1 & newer bike brigade it was worth going & i got sunburnt a little too! I WANT A V8 CAR AAAARRRRRHHHHH!!!! |

briananddamaged myself n my dad are defo on for the nostaligia nats (cack spelling soz) one of my fave shows, there was a real nice 3window rod at shakey today had a great big wellend charger on it & twasss fassssttt! love all the t-buckets & ratrods top weekend lewis i'll have to try to catch you at a show with that dollyv8 of yours! the dolly & 2500saloon share alot of simalrities on the interiour & i hate the dash, my one refuses to come out & i want to refurb the wood arrrrhhh, yours sounds like its running really well in the vids! i think my 2500s is going to be a bit long-term of a project but i'm thinking a v8 in er would be just the ticket with amanual overdrive, i've had a couple of probs since its been laid up, rear drums are stuck on & my slave cylinder has bust so it cant move, gonna take some brake parts off & sart finishing the body when the weather pics up, frickin rain!!!! |
