Saw "Car Sharks" last night on Bravo I think.
What a pile of $hite!
2 teams get given a car each and £500 to "modify" it and sell it on for a profit.
Last night they were given a nice '67 Bettle and a '73 1303. Paid £1200 each for them.
The 2 teams were asked to guess what was paid for them, the closest gets to choose which car they want. The winning team chose the 1303 over the '67 as it started; the '67 had been lowered, nice rims, smooth painted dash, sweet looking engine and generally sweet looking.
The 1303 was treated to bubble-tastic blacked out windows, shoddily painted wheels and nasty kitchen carpet under the front. They stuck stupid "Baby-Bug" stickers on it and filled it with baloons as well.
The '67 had a bit of paintwork on the wings and that was about it.
£500 spent, my ar$e!!
They sold the '67 for £800 and the 1303 didn`t sell .
Quality entertainment
