Hello everyone,
I'm looking for information on the Metro 6R4 from the group B days of the World Rally Championship. Its for the Car Profiles section on my website (see link in sig).
The information I'm looking for is:
Manufacturers Titles won: Drivers Titles won: Years rallied: from - to
and if they did any other works cars from 1973
Thanks a lot,
Curt

One reason why everyone should try and attend a local clubman rally event this year - to appreciate the wail of a 6R4 at full chat - best sound IMO - FANTASTIC!!! ;D I would advise the Prom Stages Rally in July - where we will once again be competing. Currently averaging one rally a year A bit of an expensive hobby really.

i went to a local rally stage last year - plenty (almost too many!) Mk1/2 Scorts and loads of Scoobys... then all of a sudden, out of the forest, comes a 6R4 - i was on a hairpin after a fairly long straight so this thing comes at me like a scud missile, backside-out round the corner and nails it into the distance. it was worth a mouth full of gravel to see that.
