totally useless theft - cant sell it - wouldnt be seen dead driving / riding it I'd love to own one of those, so I'd not have any problems being seen driving it alive... Don't think I'd die for one :-) Prices for Sinclair's in the Netherlands aren't keeping me off buying one (nice ones are 250 to 450 euro's) so you guys are right, it's a useles theft, even if you'd have somebody to sell it to it is still not worth the effort. (For those wondering what is keeping me off: I won't be able to haul it up the stairs at my house :-) )

I remember when they were first launched,i was standing at a bus stop, and one went past piloted (well you cant really call it driving can ya ;D) by a city gent type rapidly followed by about 10 or so skinheads all trying to kick it and throwing beer bottles and cans at it.a mastercard moment if there ever was one ;D

when they first came out there was lots of press interest
followed a couple of days later by bus and truck drivers complaining they couldnt see the C5 when driven on the road

What a shame, whoever nicked it probably just thought it was a weird looking pedal car.

I actually laughed at a reasonably audible level at Lewisk`s comment.
The next post from Andy contained news that was rather less amusing. F8cking b*stards. F*ck compulsory castration, how about compulsory dissolving in a bath of hydrochloric acid? For some reason the fact that it would have been really easy to destroy makes it a worse crime, don't know why.

I can't see why they were such a dismal failure really. Babe magnet. Good job they were so quick because you needed to be able to get away from all the women. Mike
