Wanted delay timer 12 volt 4 seconds on

Hi can anyone make me a delay timer that comes on for four seconds then off for four seconds then back on.I want it for my 12 volt fire truck siren. At the moment it sounds one sound but if i can delay the noise so it turns off then on again after four seconds the sound will be diffrent.I am after 2 of them so i have a spare.Or do you know were i could buy one.Thanks
