NOW SOLD and has gone to a damn good home by the looks of it.
Missing it already
Around 111,000 miles, stacks of bills and history, handles like a kart, pulls really well, has quick rack steering and a HID headlamp conversion!.Bonnet is a bit pinky, some paint issues on the roof, a few scrapes and knocks, the odd bit of dodgy trim, the odd clonk and rattle, but it's an Alfa and it sucks you in and makes you fall in love! It has around 11 months MOT and just over 5 months TAX and is a well known car on certain alfa romeo forums.
All of the electrics work, too, although the oil temp guage doesn't (common problem)
From the ad when I got it a few months back...
--------------------------------------
at 76K miles, new water pump, aux belt, aux tensioner, variator, cambelt, belt tensioner, idler.
at 85K miles, ABS sensor
at 89K miles, front suspension wishbones, and anti roll bar links, oil and filter change.
at 95K miles new clutch slave cylinder
at 99K miles new clutch master clinder
102K oil and filter change.
It had a new windscreen in november last year.
The car also has fitted a supersprint dtm rear box and supersprint straight through mid section. HID xenon lights also fitted.Resonator box removed with 145 qv cold air infeed.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Me and a mate purchased the car with a view to possibly tracking it, he pulled out in the end though and I liked it too much to potentially ruin it, so our plans never went ahead.
I am only selling now as I have decided to get my full bike test done early this year and I now intend to try other Alfas (cheap GTV and a 145 to start with probably) as I enjoyed this one so much.I will have another 155 though at some point, I'm just being Mr sensible at the moment, getting the bike test done, getting a bigger bike and will then be on the Alfa hunt again.
I only recently put the lovely black speedline wheels on it and they have Pirelli and Toyo tyres on them with loads of tread btw.
It owes me more than this, but £600 will take it away if anyone was interested, or you can have it with the old wheels for £500ono
I put these pics up on Pistonheads a while ago, so may aswell use the same ones here..
I am based in the Medway are of Kent and you can Pm me on here in the first instance.
