Easy Come Easy Go...
Hi RRers, I've had this well over a year now. I never showed it before as I wasn't ready to start it and I'm still not!
Much of last year was cracking on with Sierra project at my remote garage (update coming when one of the eleventy paralel tasks complete) and keeping the Fiesta rosy and happy and on the road (see recent update slipping down the RRRR board).
This one came to me on implulse, like a cute scrufy stray you find hungry on the doorstep.
in the middle of 2008, our dreams came true, we gained infiniate space in a run down old factory local enough. Ideal, no need to worry about the fleet, at all! no worriez, just let em sit there dry and happy, loads of local space to work on em. Winz0rs. The Kadett was the one and only car of mine that got moved. and then some jumped up agency women kicked us all out on the estate. bo11oxed up plans no end. and autumn winter everything went downhill for various other reasons. Nothing was happening, everything was difficult. Basically it was hidden nearby and I didn't/couldn't see it from like August 2008 - Jan 2009!
luckily at least it spent some time indoors. Cos of the stress last year I have just sold a car and this is the next one out.
I have a pal who is really really interested so need an accurate valuation. A similar condition Coupe went through Ebay in November for over £900. I realise koops are top of the tree but when did you last see one of these!
If anyone has any ideas on value please PM me. A good honest idea would be helpful. I'm pretty sure he is buying it.
Engine is sweet as, if a bit rich running, was a recon 1.2 lump so thats good. Brakes need doing .
Rust is main issue really, it could do with stripping back and some serious tin weld action. be cool as hell though!
Anyway thought you'd like to see it and would appreciate it so here it is, enjoy.
Gotta love a 3dr estate.
Could be great, awesomes even, but money, time, and rent better spent elswhere in my case.
