Now I know this isn't Jag engined; which usually makes it unacceptable to me ... But... It has a Rover V8 in it (which I have a soft spot for) and it's actively taking part in international motorsport, which makes it acceptable. More about it here..... lots of build pics. www.amtra-carconcepts.com/Index%20Fotogallery/fransvanengelen1.htmRegards Ric

Is that on a customised Land Rover chassis and axles? Has that killer combination of looking completely bonkers, along with being a well engineered piece of kit

Think its on a Range Rover chassis, but I don't read Dutch that well so I might be wrong!
With all the beefed up intake pipery I was also wondering whether it was turbocharged or just some kind of snorkel kit.

Oh I don't think and XJS would look right, but I'd love to be proved wrong, anyone photoshop one? Andy.

That is rather cool ;D looks like it just drove out of a mad max film set .
I like the fact that it doesn't just look like a jag body dropped on top of a 4x4 chassis, looks like its fitted to it rather than perched on top like some of these type of modified cars.

The XJS looks wrong - IMO the XJ6 looks the part - and it's great that it's competing in such a rally.
