I heard half a story on the Radio1 news yesterday about a change in the laws surrounding car insurance. The gist of it was that in future, the keeper of a vehicle will be required by law to insure all of their vehicles regardless of whether it is being kept on the road or not, in a move to combat the number of uninsured drivers on the roads.
Has anyone heard more about this? I was outraged on the face of it, as surely this will make keeping a driveway full of cars prohibitively expensive?
