This may be a little past what you guys are doing, but I thought I'd ask! My mate has a nissan 350Z and he'll never get me to work on it (I can't weld well enough to justify if, and he'd not trust me!), and he wants the resonators removed from the exhaust, or even possibly a cat-back exhaust build for it. Its about a 3" bore... Stock exhaust on the left, Stillen sports thing on the right. Nismo Exhaust:

Are you still unable to do manifolds?
I have a 6 branch, the flanges are good (mild steel) but teh pipework is shot. Wondered if you could use it as a template and reuse the mild flanges, just replace all teh pipework with stainless.
I'd need the rest of the system made too but its just one straight through pipe with one box.
I will post pics tomorrow if you think its something you could do.

My mate Mike needs a full system for his MKI Granada Coupe.
They should be the same as the Saloons and the MKII´s too.
How are we doing there pricewise and could you post it or would you need to fit it yourself?
Cheers, Dave

Ah Rubbish your miles away.
I might need to plan a roadtrip in the future to surrey.
How much for a mk4 polo1.4 8v system not to loud just a bit fruitier?
EDIT: and i want a hidden downswept tailpipe behind the 16v bumper or a tailpipe coming out behind the back wheel.

I know I'm biased but its well worth the trip to Surrey mate. A bespoke stainless system ay budget system prices! Mine sounds better every time I drive it especially through tunnels!

I had another thought, if you cant do manifolds, could you sell sections of pipe bent to order? I cant find the sort of bends i need.
I need 90 degree bends, in pipe thats about 1 1/4 or 1 1/2" but they need to be quite a gentle bend.

Can do, although I'll have to order in 1.5" and check if we've got formers for that size.
Yeah, just down the m23 right to the end and 5 mins from there. Give us a shout when your ready and I'll sort you my phone number.
Woops, tapped enter before finishing.
Mark, cheers, glad your happy with it!
£250 for a twin box polo 6n exhaust and stealth pipe.
Granada wouldnt be a problem, wouldnt be able to do it mail order as we don't have a granada here so it'll have to be made on the car. Will need to know bore size, how loud/how many boxes you want, and tailpipe choice before I can quote a price.
Passat decat we can do, be about £50, but you'll have to bring the car here.
Manifold, what bore are the primary pipes? Grab us a pic, as above will have to check if we've got the right size formers.
350z.... Now that looks like a flash exhaust! We could do it, but we'd need the car here for a while, and I'd have to order in the backbox especially. Would he want a twin pipe type all the way like the Stillen? Or like the one below?

Hi fella, can you give a rough price for a system or maybe rear section for a '90 Bmw 735?I want it noisy!!!Like V8 noisy or as good as you can make a straight 6 sound so what do you reccomend?RSR did my last system on my old 3 series so you're pretty close to me which is handy.

Touring, need to know details for a quote, roughly £240-£280 though...
We're in Redhill, Surrey. Friend of mine has a broken S4, was a great car, think hes trying to get shot of it cheap now. I'd have to have a look at the downpipes before I can quote it really.
I've Pm'd shane and mk1 mason my number. Just give us a shout when your ready.

Hi there, have been watching this thread for a while now, but the time's drawing near to get my exhausts done on at least one of the projects. It's a Manta hatch with Omega V6. Got the manifolds and first half of the downpipes, but need a system making up for the rest of the car. Looking at two pipes into one joining up before the axle and single box at the back. I know it's difficult to give a quote without seeing it, but what do you reckon as a ball park in 2.25 or 2.5"? Willing to listen to advice/ideas to the size, layout etc from someone who knows better, but that's how I see it for now. Cheers. Also, going to be looking at a system for a Manta A with a C20LET fitted in a year or two's time...
