I've wanted to do this for years, but have always worried about the know-nothing copper who wants to get my car compounded for saying it's legal!! I always used to think they had been smeared with chip shop curry. I'm a little worried about that as well. I have printed out the relevant legislation and shoved it in my glovebox. He'll then get all uppity about some 21 year old 'smartarse with designer stubble and silly headlights' correcting him and do me for a defective front numberplate (I really must colour the 'D' in) and check over the rest of the car with a fine toothed comb. He is, of course, more than welcome to look over it, there's nowt wrong with it about from the above mentioned missing black bit on my D. ;D

How do the clip on ones fit on to a mini? I have a pair I was given by my neighbour but I couldn't work out how they fitted on the mini!

you have to take the chrome surround off the lights first, it clips in between the two.

Small world I was talking to Paul the previous owner of this estate last week. Yeah, Pauls not too keen on it since I played with it - he doesnt like woodys! ;D Yes he did say that if he ever got the chance to buy it back it would have to be bonfire night. I think it looks cool though.
