YES, after a 1000km roundtrip and 20 hours traveling I just came home with this: pics from seller. I'm absolutely DELIGHTED with it, it rides so nice (even on chopped springs ) and i'm starting to like the automatic box a little bit

Maybe i'll add an LSD, so it handles a bit better, and i can drift it once in a while, but it'll be my daily for a while, when i finish my KE20 ;D

Big effort made to get this. Just shows that if you really want something big distances are not a problem, just do it. Good result ;D

the carpark next to the house looks like a mad box of colours right now! My yellow (almost ex-) daily, my friends daily Corolla and the chaser! Left for the UK on 4:30 in the trusty old starlet, took the boat to the UK, drove to Ashford, Middlesex, get car, drive back, take the boat and then make the last stretch home. 20 hours, 980 km and I was knackered! But boy, I was happy! ;D Here are some pics from it: And the mad as frogs interior! ;D and the one option i'm truly stunned by: if you flick that switch, a truly HORRIBLE smell comes out of here: It makes the car smell like an old pensioners house, complete with 150 years of smoking smell inside I love the car allready, it drives nice, all the elecktrickery works (electric mirrors, remote controlled radio (with a small box on top of the dash), 4 electric windows etc. etc.). Only the driversside window doesn't work, yet, but i'll make it work! ;D I love the way the rear windows open and close, I made a small movie from it:

That interior is quite frankly awesome. Love the rear window too even if it does look slightly 'broken' when fully down heh!
Whats happened to the top of the centre console in the later pictures?

Always nice to see another GX-71 . Absolutely love these cars, use mine as a daily and it never misses a beat even with a 60 mile daily commute. Keep us updated with the mods dude.

the interior is the best part of the car ;D i made a small video from the exhaust note of the car, it is LOUD. It almost sounds bosozoku'ish. And how much i like it, the back box is changed asap, because there's NO way i can drive around with that without getting stopped every day

Whats happened to the top of the centre console in the later pictures? i didn't see your reply before, but the top of the centre console is broken, by someone leaning on it. It was like this when i bought it. Wanted to try and fix it, but i found another one for sale in Japan going cheapish, so i think i'l save me the hassle and buy that

The Chasers are, but they are heavenly based on the normal Cressida GX71. They look the same in the first view, but are VERY different.
The Cressida was sold in LHD countries.
