To fit a manual box to the 1g-ge you will need a w58 box From a mk3 supra(fitted with 1g-gte engine) plus matching flywheel etc.
The 1G was on fitted to Jdm supra's, I may know of one being stripped the twin turbo engine is for sale as well with loom etc included. pm me if you are interested, its only around an hrs drive from Harwich ferry terminal.

depends on the price (having 2 projects at the same time hurts in the bankaccount! ) but i'll pm you about it. Bought this yesterday: remoted controlled, 'standalone' cd changer, which puts it's signal through a FM device, so the radio picks it up. Great, because this means I can listen to my music, without losing the cool radio in the car!

The first day of legal driving took place, and I got a mate to drive the car past me with the loud pedal fully in use.. I wanted to hear how the car sounds with it's new back box (installed a few months ago). I wasn't dissapointed... what a sound!

I've seen a bunch of people overhauling a complete wreck in 60 minutes on TV, so why can't I do it in 3 weeks?
