Its a 425 cubic inch (7 litre) lump of approx. 1979 vintage. Included is the engine, most of (maybe all of) the ancillaries. The air con pump might be missing, there may be no PAS pump, I forget. I can check if these things are important to you. The exhaust manifolds are there as far as the downpipes. Starter motor is there. Distributor is there. It is missing the carburettor.
It was sold to me as a runner. It turns over fine. I was told that the guy I bought if off saw it run, but not for long and it smoked a bit. But we don't know if that was due to it having been standing and might have cleared up as it warmed up. I have never run it. I started to strip it down but only really taken stuff like the intel manifold and such off. (I was going to to a basic refresh on it and stick it in my Sedan DeVille but I sold that on and the engine has just sat in the garage since)
There is no gearbox but any "BOP" pattern trans will fit. TH350, TH400, T200-4R, Powerglide or whatever. You could also use a manual box with an appropriate flywheel.
The don't rev high or make huge BHP as stock, but a decent cam, carb, intake and a clean up of the stock heads and they really haul!
