I'm sorry i don't have any pictures i didnt have the camera with me i have just seen a brand new 09 vw camper????it looked exactly the same as an old one apart from the grill was a bit more modern.. anyone know anything about this???

yes, they're still making them but now with 1600 golf water cooled lumps. A top of the range danbury converison is nigh 40k new!!

cheers for clearing that up,this one was lhd but on english plates.i read the link and it says manufactured by vw so wots the danebury all about?

Curiously in the spec near the bottom is states " What does lowered suspension offer me?" they say better handling comfort etc, fair enough. But they say this is only an option on vehicles with the optional alloys fitted as the steel wheels are too big?
Is that a sales technique to sell more accesorys as you see 100's of lowered campers on steels, or are the ones on these actually larger diameter?

I see lots of these about near where i work in yate, had to do a double check the first time aswell, Danbury rent them out aswell so see them heading towrds the Bath junction on the M4.

Is that a sales technique to sell more accesorys I'd say yes. steels with tyres are the same overall diamerter as alloys with low profiles, the width isn't going to be much different, so it's curse word
