what are they like in use-do they work.. My rx3 is 110. Ford are 108. So only 1mm out at each bolt. So thats not much of a differance to take up is it?
Wheels i'm looking at are steel. Are there wobble bolts out there that are threaded all the way?

i think wobble bolts just have a washer that can shim accross rather than a fixed connicle bit on the bolt

A quickly Googled picture shows you how they work: It's recommended that if you use them you have some sort of hub-centric rings to centre the wheels I believe.

i even drove on ford steels on my Corolla (4x110 too) without wobble bolts (didn't knew about them back then). in the 3 years and 30.000km i drove on them i didn't have any problem at all.

I used them on my rx7 to fit Pug wheels on with no problems. Team Dynamics recommended and supplied them for me.

We supply them at work (Halfords) for fitting 4x100 wheels onto Fiats. I doubt such a big company would bother with them if there were any safety concerns.
I'd recommend having rings made to make sure the centre bore matches, but it isn't crucial.
