you will probably need a multimeter to check all the wires again -

Hi,
Sitting with a meter and picking the wires out one by one is the only real way of doing it for certain.
Tips
1) Imperative to check all wires in alkl circumnstances. Some might go live when headlights etc get switched on
2) a 9v battery flashed across the speaker wires will identify which speaker is hooked int which wires in the dash as it iwll make a scratching/crackling noise
3) ensure you connect up the set reliably. ten mins extra work now will make for a better job further down the road
4) Make sure your earth is good and be careful
5) make sure the radio you're fitting is worth doing the work for.

An iso connector would usually cost about £5-10. You might as well go to a scrapyard, find a corsa of similar vintage and cut the connector off it. When you get home just match the colours and the jobs jobbed.
