this was used on my triumph 1500 engine ,,basically it worked faultlessly which was more than could be said for the engine
anyhow its a dizzy with a new cap and recent rotor arm
the leccy ignition kit
a standard lucas coil
some recent plug leads
i found that the unit needs a full 12v to work,,,,so no taking the live feed from the coil like i did (which is why it would only bump start lol)
anyhow the wires as per my memory were (white to the negative on the coil // blue to the 12v ignition feed NO ballast resistor // and the green is the earth wire,,,,the red wire i had to reconnect using electrical connectors
being a 45d4 dizzy it should fit anything that currently has one but i don't know whether it would be compatible with a 25d4
£45 as i'm confident its all in good order and i'm in need of dosh ;D
