It was all so simple. Joe had painted the Volvo black and I was just going to tidy that up, paint the bonnet satin blue and be happy with it. Then I went to the Area 52 playday and somehow I've been talked into painting it like a pair of 70s Y-Fronts. Worse still, it's the best idea I've heard in ages. The sort of pants in question would be brown with a contrasting beading, normally in cream but sometimes in purple or lime green.. Minging. But a perfect colour scheme for this (pic borrowed from Mid72's post on the Area 52 thread) A good idea? Anyone got their photoshop hats on? I'm thinking brown with cream wheels and bumpers, or vice versa, or any other combo of 70s man pants that anyone dares try... Here's an old pic of it that may be easier to play with.. Thanks ;D

Ben - why do you even have to ask?? It's a simple choice of wibblepoo chocolate brown with lime green......or fail.
BTW - the Y fronts I was talking about, yes I admit it, I used to have a pair! ;D Both in brown, one with lime green edging, the other with purple (hence my insitence)
Brown with cream - no. With green or purple.....WINNAR!!

You didn't admit this to me yesterday.. It would be wrong to ask if you have a photo, wouldn't it? ;D
Poo brown with lime green like the sweets. Poo brown with lime green like Bruce's pants. It could very well work. And that's what scares me a little bit!

Dude, I was about 9 years old! Even if I did have a pic I wouldn't let you see it because that'd make you a pedo LOL!!
Late 70's and slave to my Mum's choice of clothing but the memory of those colours is still rather vivid.

Just the pants ;D I should have figured this out by your exacting description of the shade of purple!

Imagine this combo but a with the purple a tiny bit brighter.... As for the lime green/brown combo, I think you know what that'll look like? If I get time tomorrow night, I'll try and do a few p/shops for you ;D

Chocolate lime (think Bruce liked it cause his glasses are in the same colour scheme) or "New Rave" trainers
