Up for sale is my Renault 5 turbo, got 65k on the clocks but it didnt come with any history to back it up so probably had the clocks changed.
Rot free which bloody suprised me when I went to look it, its not had loads of welding(obviously had a few little bits) but its not bad by any means especially considering most of these normally rot like hell

Resprayed in ford imperial blue, different front bumper, open mouth grill and "bad boy" bonnet, hate the name of those bonnets but I do think they suit the R5 very well.
Modifications:
-Stripped out interior
-Chrome Show cage bolted in so can be removed if you don't like it
-Cobra reclining bucket seats fitted well not bodged in like alot of have seen, willians harness'(3 point)
-Steering wheel centre painted body colour
- Full stereo system, direct ipod control kenwood head unit, expensive lanzar front components and a mac audi 12" sub driven by a small alpine amp all setup to be good quality and nice to listen to not boom boom bass.
-Smoothed off boot, numberplate relocated to bottom of bumper with proper light etc been done very well, bot pops on a solenoid.
- Good quality 2way pager alarm system with remote start etc
Engine:
- Uprated ktec headgasket
- Single port uprated adjustable actuator(set to 11psi only 1over standard)
- Cup mod on actuator and breather system
- Modified ignition advance(must be run on 99ron or higher)
- Turbo is in very good condition and has minimal/no play
- Was told bottom end has been rebuilt and POSSIBLY cammed but as I said before it doesnt come with any receipts so I cant confirm this unfortunately but its got very good compression and is a very lively engine indeed.
- Gearbox and clutch is all in good condition
- Quite recent service
- Modified and dechoked carb
- Currently has dump valve removed as they arent really my thing but will come with the t piece needed to fit and a choice of turbosonic or gt tuning(recirc) dumpvalves which you can have with the car
- Bigger alloy intercooler
- Full scorpian stainless exhaust system
- K&N filter and silicone elbow
- All vac pipes replaced with blue silicone
Chassis:
Bigger drilled and grooved front brakes and pads(recent)
Recent rear discs and pads
Gas adjustable rear shocks
uprated front shocks and springs
TSW 15" wheels fitted with all nearly new GOOD 195/45 tyres
Other bits
-Suprisingly the electrical system is in good order on the car and everything works.
-Speedo working(common R5 problem for them to not work).
Bad bits:
- Needs some new mesh for the centre of the bumper as you can see,
- Couple of small dents on the drivers door but you really cant see them unless your looking for them I just want to be totally honest
- Stone chips on the front bumper etc.
- Windows are slow and sometimes need help like nearly all renault 5s, I was going to fit windy windows
Basically I have no idea why I'm going to get rid of it as I bloody love this little thing and its one of the best cars ive had, quick, good on fuel, not bad to insure, cheap tax etc. But ive 80% got a job thats about 40 miles away which I will have to travel every day and I have NO DOUBT this car would do it every day as its dodgy tuning that makes these unreliable unlike this one has been done well. I just want something a bit more pleasent to drive on the daily commute I'm sure you can understand what I mean.
Swaps are considered for everything but would prefer another mk3/mk2 golf gti/VR etc. But like I say anything considered just try me.
