Popped along to Brands today to support a mate who was competing in the Beetle Challenge for the first time, his first race for over a decade, first RWD race car ever after racing Fiat Pandas and his first wet race. The Beetles run as a class in the tintops, theres four cars out at the moment with more to come, he finished third in class in the first race and fourth after a mighty spin at Paddock Hill Bend in the second. The rest of the race meet was a mix of Lotus Elise race and some retro tintops, very damp, howling wind but a great end to the racing season, heres some highlights ;D
