123456km!
Very little has been done in the past months due to very tight finances.
I coloured the typre writing with a white tyre pen for a laugh. No pic to show.
But a tip for you, squeeze paint out and apply it with a brush, or the other end of the brush. It's rubbish usung the foam end of the pen, just drips everywhere.
Moving into a flat with a closed carpark pushed me to fit the spotlamps.
I thought if gonna wait to put them on the other bumper it's never going to happen. So I decided to fit them to this one.
So one afternoon I bought the necessities and did the deed.
It's a very rushed job I have to say. I just stuck the end of the wire in the fullbeam bulb socket.
Had planned new fuses but don't actually need them.
Pretty pleased with the result. I spent the first few days giving way to as many cars as possible to flash them!
Night visibility is improved so much. No comparison. As the french say for 'chalk and cheese', 'C'est le jour et la nuit'. It's night and day.
I decided to source some yellow bulbs for the headlights to get it all matching. Not easy to find. Found some cheap on LeBonCoin.
I probably won't bother fitting the foglights. Overkill.
May buy a little box rear foglight though. Mainly to stop people tail gating me.
I also need to get round to putting in a cigarette lighter, to have some sort of heating for the winter!
