right i have no plans to do this but i always wonder how such things as gsxr engine in to a mini work with drive-train, do you just plumb straight in to a stock box with a conversion or take it off the bike's box. i have seen people do a straight drive without a diff but that must not be nice.
thanks

You use the bike box. This is usually chain driven to a mini diff adapted to take a sprocket on the side, all of which is mounted in a frame and either mounted in the rear or in the engine bay.
There is a company doing a full conversion kit for the front of the mini that uses a transfer box with built in reverse that looks quite cool but also quite expensive!

that's that solved, i would have thought that the chain would be the weak part of the machine though.
