I really really don't want to sell these but needs must (need to clear some space) A complete set of 4age 20v ITB's off a silvertop including the TPS (normally missing) and injectors etc. They will bolt onto a 4age 16v with a manifold thats commercially available. or as you can see from the last pic, the great thing about these are that the ITB is removable allowing to bolt onto anything. £225. And will post at cost

No idea on gains as I never ran them, also dependent on your other mods etc.
Not sure if fensport sells them, I refuse to use them. Places in the states/australia etc, Techno Toy tuning for example.
They may run on std ecu if you splice in the tps and injectors, but ideally you'll need aftermarket ecu, I may have one for sale soon so could do a "package deal" if your interested.

If you plan to run these on a 16v use the stock injectors located in the head rather than the ITB mounted 20v injectors - saves alot of messing. Also ditch the 20v TPS and use the 16v TPS bolt straight on. Issue will be map signal - the vacuum on ITB's is exceptionally weak, so the MAP will be giving duff readings, making your car run pig rich, you need some way of leaning this out. A piggy back ECU might work, otherwise its full stand alone.
