SOLD
I'm having a bit of a clear out down at the unit to free up some space and this is one of the first things to be up for sale.
It's a Machine Mart cabinet that I bought to etch some glass with last year....I did about 10 glasses one afternoon and it's not been used since.
They currently retail for £117.00 but I am looking for £50 for it.
Here is a link to the model I have: www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/heavy-duty-blast-cabinet
This will be great for cleaning paint off car parts. Its not big enough for alloys, but plenty big enough for things like rocker covers, engine parts, suspension parts etc....
I'll get some photos of the actual cabinet when I am down at the unit tomorrow. It's a bit dusty (outside) from being stored but I'll clean it up and it should come up like new - like I say, it's pretty much new.
All you need to do is put some blast media in (aluminium oxide avail. from Machine Mart) but it comes with some in the bottom anyway. Hook it up to a compressor and off you go - the gloves and blast gun/hose come with it. I ran it with a cheapy Aldi little compressor and it worked really well. You don't need a big, fancy compressor for this.
Collection from Area 52 in Bristol or see if RR courier services will be able to help.
