Looks like it is in reasonable shape. Will be watching this one, love the shape of the Anglia. What's the reason for being on a Q-pate? Could you get the year of manufacture and get an age related plate and free road tax?
Cheers,
Stu.

Love it. Is it a 997?? My mum had one in the mid 70's, willing little screamer.

Nice patina'd paintwork. I had a 1967 1200 Super years ago.
Why is it on a Q plate ??

Argh, that looks lik eit's going to be a lot of work. I know, mine looked like that...
Should be a lot easier on yours though, it looks a lot more original with no previous repairs.

Not exactly sure why its on a Q plate, unfortunately the grandad has alzheimers and he can't remember things to well.Think he's made one good car out of two as I've also got a lot of spares. Will get in touch with dvla and see if I can get it on an age related plate, tried ringing today but they're on strike or something!
Engine is the 997cc yes,not actually driven it yet as had some trouble getting it started, got it going last weekend though. My first car was an Anglia,F reg I think,in dark blue and thats what I'll be spraying it.
