Thought I'd bung my photo's in here instead of the meet thread so more people can see them. Was a good night yet again all though not as good a turn out as last month IMHO. Spoke to a couple of people but also missed a couple. Sorry if I didn't have a word I'll catch you next week!! Gorgeous Stingray with a 520bhp 383 Stroker! This mini is a regular and looks sooooo right on 10" Slots Strange Chrysler that I thought Hirst Might Enjoy: Lovely Minor on Rostyles. Looks "right" to me: This is exactly how I'd have a 105e (apart from maybe on Lotus Steels).....And now its for sale!! I might ring the bank!! Bright orange Mk1 runs a Cossie YB: SUPRISE!! and a Laurel: Rest of My pics are in here: smg.photobucket.com/albums/v326/polod_coupe/Metrocentre%20Meet/Look forward to seeing everyyone next month!!

Nice pics! Did you manage to work something out with the Metrocentre management? I thought they were getting ar$ey with so many cars turning up etc?

There was occasional police presence throughout the night which increased towards the latter half. Mind you, that's quite understandable given the amount of boy racers who turned up. Nice to speak to people and see some shiney retro metal.

Heh, I edited before I saw your post! ;D It does look quite cool, although I think the Spit front end is prettier. Rare car though!

Too many of these sort of things around though - And a possee of chav types as we were leaving. The white ones a mate of mines. 335hp. He'll be gutted he's an example of badness!! I don't think the Scooby/Celica/Modern Vag's are a problem really. They all get involved and have a look around the other cars and don't drive like tits or anything!! Its the chavs that nark me! They just sat in their cars yesterday and honked there horns for most of the evening!!

Not an example of badness but not what I want in my life. If they just want to stay out of the way then look at the older cars fine by me. I have a thing about Scoobydooers as most drive like wanabee rally drivers. The charvers just want a gallon of 4 star and a match to sort theri lives out.

Although there was no interference from the Metro management I did hear a while ago they might start putting tickets on vehicles not parked correctly in the bays. This guy might have a problem - Should he get a ticket ? There were plenty of cars parked in the disabled bays which I thought was a bit silly.

I've got to be honest, I personally disliked people parking in disabled bays. They're there for a reason.
