I am thinking of getting a bedford ca splitscreen.I have had them before but standard.They are not fast.So i was thinking what engine ,brakes would be a good fit.I just would like to keep up with modern day traffic.Lower it a bit.Would like a diesel engine i think.Really would like to keep its ID.so what could be done to the brakes,axle ,gear box,Oh its colume gear change.What wheels as well.Thanks

Hi Did you get any response to your blog ? i have a CA stripped just putting it back together and want to do the same . tried a corsa diesel engine but meant cutting the cab quiet a bit. Any sugestions anyone.

Hi i brought a mint ca van shell found it to hard to decide and find what would fit so i gave up and sadly sold them.I thought about dropping the body on a cabstar chassis.Hope you do it as i really like the ca splitscreen.Any photos.
