Wow, that would make a fantastic car. But would need a huge amount of work and parts gathering to make it so. One of the only reasons I ought the Isabella was because of the massive amounts of spares that came with it. This one hasn't got that. Having said that, if I had a huge barn it would be nice to own just to look at occasionally

What's the rolling stock? Are there any cross-over parts? If you wanted to restore it, I'd imagine getting hold of parts would be a tough job, but if you were to rebuild it as a bit of a mongrel underneath? Like Mk1 cavalier or Commodore donnor? Does anyone know the history of the Olympia - like if it's a re-styled something else?

Olympia started out as a high spec Kadett I think. Or a low spec Rekord. Or something. The Rekord, Olympia and Capitan all seem to use the same (or very similar) body through the 50s and early 60s. Wikipedia will know. Then you get the Admiral and the Commodore coming in too. Plus the Diplomat with the V8 later.
