Remember the days when sex was safe and motorsport was dangerous. Vintage bling always attracts pussy.

He certainly is a bit eccentric. It's obvious that he is extremely keen on cars, but he doesn't seem to have any desire to preserve them or see them in good condition. As evidenced by the fact that he drives around in a fire-damaged Rolls Royce: Although I don't really understand why he would do it, I can sort of accept the Rolls-Royce, since it is at least mechanically maintained and used. The "Automobile Sculpture-Park" of decaying, neglected big-dollar classics, however, boggles the mind. Why anyone would intentionally allow such rare and beautiful cars to decay just so that he can enjoy watching them do so is beyond me.

I'm sure.
If he wants to spend his money buying cars and scattering them in his woods then that's fine its exactly the same as you buying a mk2 escort and dropping a Zetec in the hole the original engine went in.
His woods are an art form and we have threads on here dedicated to such things.
So stop bleating and enjoy his work,His automotive expression.

Is putting a zetec in a mk2 escort EXACTLY the same as purposely destroying one of the 6 remaining AC Petites and a Buick special that the previous owner had fully restored Sure there his cars to do with as he pleases, but its a bleddy shame.

I used to get annoyed by it... but then just thought why? These cars arnt going to be around for ever.. it doesnt matter how well preserved it is right now. Its time WILL come... regardless...
Just get over it, enjoy the cars you have, and that are around while they are... If they get binned... who cares... Its just a pile of metal..

No of course it's not not even on the same planet but they are his cars so who cares I see people on here and other forums do the same, one year it's "i'm gonna do this and that" then they come up for sale stripped and end up broken for parts or left to rot, what's the sillyest ??

So is it open to the public? Not according to the website linked from the Irish forum, no. Considering there are fair few on this forum who think the height of cool is to take a perfectly good car and either rattle can it matt black and/or take a wire brush, paint stripper and salt to it to make it rust, I don't see why there would be any confusion about the stae of things like his Rolls Royce. The 'sculpture' cars would appear to have been pretty shagged when he got them anyway and there is something strangely beautiful about industrial decay.
