I'm determined to do something car-related on the bank holiday weekend, and it looks like Sunday 29th is the day to do it. However, I can't decide between three different events that are going on that day. (In theory I could do more than one, but lets assume that SWMBO will only allow one...)
Option one: Goodwood Breakfast Club.
Always a brilliant event, with the added bonus of being free! However, it does involve getting up very early in the morning, plus a two hour drive each way. (So not actually free, in reality.)
Option two: JDM Allstars.
I've never seen a live drift event, and I'm keen to experience it at some point. £15 a ticket, and not all that far from home. (However, I'm slightly put off by how much of their promo video seems to be devoted to guys on BMXs rather than actual drifting.)
Option three: Banger racing.
Quite an attractive option, as it's £12 entry and walking distance from my house. I haven't been to anything like this for over ten years, but used to love it when I was a kid. I know nothing about the Superstox European Championship or the Rookie Rods, but they sound interesting.
So... what should I do?
