So good to see James' car get the care and love it deserves. I'm sure he'd have loved it

I take it by "he'd have loved it" means that the owner has passed away. Nice to see it getting some attention.

Hi Mark, I`ve just found this thread & shown it too Ellie so she can follow it too.........one very excited girly. The on -going refurb is looking great,I guess you`r using the original bonnet to pattern the slam panel ? I`ve another here from the donor car if you need it.
Oh,by the way...Can I send you the Hawk for your "Special make `em shiny treatment" ?

Dad chevette bonnets are one thing we have no shortage of ;D think we have 4 at last count the bonnet that is for it is round at geds the original one is just being used for mock up . had a look at that crossmember today its erm very bent christ knows what it hit but the rack mount on one side is back buy an inch and twisted upwards and the u section its made from is closed up on that side by just over an inch . i should be able to do something with it though if not i'll cut the bits needed off it and repair the old one . i'll do your hawk for you but not for a while wait till i have some space and i'm fully fit again and we'll get it booked in
