Thought I'd post this up.. Had it years, from when I was a much younger lad, one of the early Traxxas models from when they didn't know what metal and 4 wheel drive were
I've cleaned the bodyshell up loads since I found it lanquishing in the back of the garage and also pinched some of the more modern Traxxas stickers which smarten it up a little.
For those interested it is a 0.15CC engine with an electric 'EZ' start ;D
This bodyshell is a bit spanked though after many years of abuse from me, so I thought why not have a play with it a little?
One trip to Maplin later...
Hmmm LED's..
They are a lot more.. umm.. curse word than the pictures make out though so will probably look for some better LED's.
Messy!
Business end!
Wicked. Now i can use it in the dark
Thats how the headlights look when off. Filed and polished the ends of the LED's flat so they flush fitted with the 'headlight'
I think its quite neat
More as and when!
