Thanks for the tips! When I saw the Tiger it made me think "curse word that's the biz!" and thus forgot what the point of the photos was.

8-)If you can find a copy of this: Out of print now AFAIK, but a cracking read. Sharratt tells the entire story of Longbridge up to about 2000, largely through interviews with the guys from boardroom to shop floor. A brilliant book. Or (again out of print but copies crop up at autojumbles from time to time) alternatively Jeff Daniels' 'British Leyland: The Truth About The Cars' is well worth a look.
