Hi guys (and gals...normally about 3 in total on car forums)
I visit this site every now and then to have a good hunt through the for sale forums; this normally ends up with me racking my brains for somewhere to store all the cars I want to buy but hey ho.
My friend introduced me to the site a few years ago when it seemed pretty small but having a browse today it looks like it's grown...a lot!
I'm a member of a couple of forums, one being the MIG welding forum that most of you may have heard of. I was having a look today and saw someone mention the 'Garage Communities' forum here which I'd not heard of, so I came straight over.
Now I'm not looking to join just to take advantage of the community but as I'm in the process of looking for a unit at the moment, I was amazed to see such a forum section! Seriously great idea for all those looking for places to work on their pride and joys
Anyway, we all like pictures so here's one of my 'ride':
Hope it's retro enough for ya. It's a 325i with a manual box and LSD; that's the important stuff isn't it?
Bought as a bit of a project I've been slowly getting it up to my standards.
Anyway, I'm going to head over and try and read through the 90odd pages of the 'Area 52' post. Looks like an awesome place and I'm very jealous of their unit, it looks perfect!
