Not sure where you can get them from, but they're called a Cowl induction hood.

the one on that bonnet in the picture is a harwood cowl induction scoop there are lots of other makes but harwood are the best quality I have found its the same one I used on my cortina bonnet they are about $130 plus the shipping and import duty from summit racing though that still worked out cheaper than getting a lower quality one from a supplier over here   £200 will buy my old bonnet pictured here  |

Grizz, i don't deny that, but i don't have a Cortina, and i don't have £200 to spend on wall art when I should be working out a way to get my bonnet to shut!
Granted, another reason not to buy it is that it is the artwork is too good to dismantle!
