These do seem to make for very good dailys.
I do like the estates with vento fronts on them. Mk4 estates look great with a bora front too.

That Bora front'd mk4 belongs to a local chap. The headlights aren't blacked out any more (they were pretty awful as headlights) and it's on different wheels now, looks just as awesome though.

I have been looking after it for the last 6 years.. so no its a good one.. alternator belt snapped last week, so when it was in having new one fitted, owner said it might be time to look for newer car.. so she went out and got a 52 plate focus!!! garage offered her £150 PX for the golf.. so she asked if I wanted it for that... and the rest they say is history!!! ;D p.s. I fitted new disc and pads, exhaust and cambelt only last year... jammy sod just doesn't say it really thanks all for the pics.. its got me thinking on what I could do.. anyone point me towards any good VW forums?

E30 wheels will go strait on, no need for spigot rings as they're the same size centre bore. That is a pretty awesome deal you got.

Yeah, they seem to be about the only 4x100 wheels in decent sizes that aren't scene taxed to hell yet. I picked up a set of 15x7 BBS off one for £50 last summer, even came with tyres, although they were BMW sized ones, so not much use to me, but they're going on a mates beetle.
