She was taken from RIverside Park, in Southampton sometime between 5.30- 6.45pm. I'll post up some more details in a little while, at the moment just in bits She was brought for me by Tony only about 6 months before he died & I've only just recently put her back on the road. I will upload some pics to the net as well. Please keep your eyes peeled for my lady Alison

I honestly don't feel safe owning a classic any more. If it isn't going to get nicked by kids for joyriding then its free game to be hiabbed by some piece of scum. How many of these people with be punished accordingly? None.

While i think of it. Just looked up where riverside park is. I'm assuming you mean woodmill / bitterne triangle area?
Id be checking the country park down allington lane, And the scrapyards down there too. Wouldnt be the first time ive seen stolen motors down there.

Can we loose the hashes, it makes it hard to see what's been stolen on the first page.

FFS - I am half a mile away, I'll do the rounds... not sure that L&H on allington lane would be prime to weigh it in - they seemed like ok-ish guys when I've been there. Daces in waltham definitely wouldn't take it looking like that as they are a proper breakers and would sell it.
The cav is on the drive again (though tbh some scrote nicked my housemates radio out of her ford ka the other day whilst it was on our drive - who nicks radios these days??!) - and we live in the "good" bit.

So so sorry to hear this, the *******!! I work in Eastleigh and live in Winchester so I’ll keep my eyes out for you. I hope it turns out to be a happy ending.
(I strongly suggest anyone with classic cars to install a cut off switch hidden somewhere to at least hinder them!)

there scum bags be some little smack rat or could be the imagrnts ship it to affrica thats were they found my 1971 rx12 2 year after she was stolen bassstards Its horrible to think its somewhere possibly close. If I were you I'd make up a load of posters and plaster them everywhere breakers second hand car sales get in touch with we buy any car etc etc etc and make it hard for them to do anything with it other than leave it somewhere for you to recover. I know I'm a long way away but I will keep an eye out sent this to all my friends. Also get in touch with the ports with all the information and pictures so if it does pop up with some immigrants wanting to take it back with fake plates/papers they can pick it out. Anything to make their life easier in catching criminals, you really have to do the police work for them, but I would get on it sooner rather than later. Also check out your local yahoo groups page for freecycle/cheapcycle/car sales etc etc etc again make it known make it hard to move! Keep us posted! I am on holiday this week so if you want me to knock some emails about to help your hunt drop me a line! Hannah xxx

Has this been found yet?
I just rushed home because is saw a green brooklands in eastleigh on passfield avenue... Missing the drivers door trim , I suddenly remembered this thread.
Not it though. The reg ended MSC. and was nowhere near as clean...
It was going from eastleigh college direction, along passfield avenue and went across the lights toward halfords.
As I said imho it WASNT IT but needed to compare REG's to make sure...
