Threaded bar will work chap If you can obtain some in High Tensile then go with that, cut a section out of the panhard rod and weld a couple of nuts in.....simples ;D Edit - Beaten by Seth, or just put the adjustable part at one end

Cheers Seth, but seems pricey (for a.. ahem.. bodger) and I don't need rose joints for boating about Asda car park, seems far too showy! ;D Threaded bar will work chap If you can obtain some in High Tensile then go with that, cut a section out of the panhard rod and weld a couple of nuts in.....simples ;D Yea, looks like the way to go. Wouldn't want to use anything not high tensile to be fair, which is why a trackrod popped to mind to be honest. Have loads of old ones with dead inner ball joints at work..

Seems easy enough, innit? Just looks like the rose joint parts won't give enough adjustment over time, as I need to adjust it now to compensate for spring 'wear', and at a later date when I go lower/stiffer, and don't want to have to remake it at that point.. Hmmm..

just make it adjustable at one end, cut off the end, weld in a tube we will conveniently thread, put in some threaded bar and et voila obviously its slightly more complicated but not by much

rose joint both ends, one threaded the other way - makes it easier to adjust and quite a bit of travel. What sort of size is the rod you need? I've got an adjustable one I had made up years ago going spare as I just chopped my std one down instead.

Use one of those in-situ adjusters, all the fiesta boys use them instead of replacing tyres and arches all the time ;D

if you make one, just make it adjustable when in place. I've got an (expensive..) Whiteline panhard rod on my daily and you have to remove it to adjust. Which is a curse word to do.
