Yoo! This is my first thread so don't be expecting much anyway I'm 18 and after owning a mk3 polo for a year and getting 1yr no claims soon, I thought id get something a little different... So after abit of searching I found one which had an MOT and wasnt 100 miles away, so jumped in the polo and long story short came back with this....

You could sign up to photobucket and upload your pics there and copy over the img code shown and paste it in here and it should display the pics

It worked?! Anyway, the previous owner was attacked by a baby dear and so the indicator was broken (can see it being held together in the picture with a blue pair of boxers) and the bumper had seen better days so i decided to de bumbper. Oh and fitted the mk2 grill

Looks tidy! Prefer it with the oem grille and bumpers personally, but each to their own! Capris have surely gotta be the next big thing with Ford, now mk1 and mk2 Escrots are so hideously expensive?

The body is solid but its not perfect theres some scratches and dings and theres abit of surface rust and bubbleing comeing through but I'm still very happy with it ;D

I like that.
I'd be tempted to fill those holes in the side, and extend that black stripe from the side round the front.
Possibly.....although I love and loath the idea in equal measure.....How about some of those LED strips that the new Audi's have and all the boy racers copy, in Orange, nice and slim, under the headlights. Barely noticeable.

I nearly bought a Capri Cabaret few months back off the bay that had been dry stored for 10 years! Went before I found a buyer for mine!

Yeah i might fill in the holes, although if i did ever want to put the bumper back on it'd be annoying. I usualy hate the LED strips on boy racer cars but maybe on the capri it'd look good. For now ive just cable tied some landrove indicator lenses on haha. Thanks for the comments

Thanks for the comments I was more thinking for indicators, not moron running lights What about using some body coloured rubber plugs in the holes?
