continuing on from supercar weekThe car has a 60-valve, quad-turbo V12 powering all four wheels through a six-speed gearbox. The 3.5 L (3499 cc) engine has a bore of 81 mm (3.2 in) and a stroke of 56.6 mm (2.23 in) and is capable of 553 hp (412 kW; 561 PS) at 8000 rpm. Acceleration to 100 km/h (62 mph) takes 3.4 seconds, and the GT has a top speed of 213 mph (343 km/h) To best suit the Turbocharged engine's characteristics, a 6 speed manual gearbox was fitted. It ensured that the revs could be kept in the 3500+ rpm area after shifting up. The incredible amount of horsepower and torque were delivered to the road through all four wheels. The permanent four wheel drive delivers 27% of the power to the front wheels and the other 73% to the rears. Plenty of stopping power is provided by large ventilated Brembo discs. its my favorite supercar of all time still have the Bburago toy car

A actually <3 the EB110. As ugly as they are theres something so rediculously right about them...
The numbers speak for themselves, modern supercars are only at the same level nearly 20years later....

Got one of these in 1:18 scale in blue, really quirky car at the time with its quad turbos, 4wd and 60v V12.

I will see your EB110 and raise it with a Dauer Carbon EB110ss Then raise that with an edonis, using the EB110 engine combined with two variable geometry turbos to make 720bhp!

How on earth did they manage that? The Edonis has made the EB110 look even uglier! As said above really, it's hideous, but you just can't stop looking at it...

I don't think the EB110 is ugly at all, it's a beautiful thing.

Ironically the EB110 is far more in tune with the ethos of the original Bugatti company than the later bloated VW effort.

I bet the Ferrari PR department loved it when he turned up for work in that... LOLZ He bought it when he was racing for Benetton And long before Bugatti was a 'rival' as well, back when they were owned by some Italian trillionaire, made in Modena as well!

Oh don't get me wrong it's not the worst looking car in the world and I do utterly love it. It just looks a bit... Awkward somehow. Technically speaking, it is a masterpiece.

The edonis also uses the eb110's carbon tub as well, when bugatti went bust, they had a few tubs left over that hadn't been built into cars yet. Give me an eb110 any day, love that car!

in some weird way i like the Edonis: I believe the plan was to build 21 of them, 1 for each century, all named by a person who did something special in that century (or something like that), but i only can find this red one and a gold one.

I believe the plan was to build 21 of them, 1 for each century, all named by a person who did something special in that century Ha! Is that true? If they'd done that, I bet there'd have been a scrabble for the early cars. It'd be much better to tell people you drove a Septimius Severus or a Hawaiiloa than, say, a Thomas Crapper or Lumpy Stevens.

I should have a old dutch carmagazine with an article about the Edonis, it contained waaay more info then i can find online atm. I really thought the plan with the names was true, but i can't seem to find anything about on google.
