	Here it is when I bought it. 42000 miles. Been in a garage since 1976. It would crop up on ebay every now and again. I'd sold it to a guy in Kent, who sold it to a guy in Manchester, who sold it to a guy in Wales. Then when he sold it, it went for something daft like £6k. Then a month or so later a thread appeared on OSF about a 107E Racecar build and I put two and two together. But I couldn't find any more info. Because it hadn't been taxed or sorned I thought it had been written off or turned into a race car. I suspected the latter. Glad I was right. And here it is now, at the Goodwood Revival

	107e came with a Kent pre-cross-flow 1200 as in Anglia and Cortina

	I've no idea what's in it now, but it did have a pre-crossflow in it when I had it (997, not 1200)

	It was flying at Goodwood - the guy was giving it some SERIOUS beans. Can't remember what it was he was up against but it was a much faster car but the driver was determined to get round him nonetheless ;D Good race. Edit: first car was a Prefect, hence the unhealthy interest

	Oh yeah, my bad, 997s not 1200s. And I forgot to say "AWESOME" first time round too.
