There's a calculator on one of the Megasquirt sites where you can enter no. of throttle bodies & the diameter and it will throw back an estimated maximum bhp figure. (There's also a calculator onteh same page for injector flow rate etc) See about 3/4 ways down the page at this link www.megamanual.com/v22manual/minj.htm

As far as I know the bell housing pattern is the same as the 4 speed Fiesta Box so you'd only need to make up the engine mounting on the right hand side of the car. If you want to use the 5 speed box I think you have to modify your chassis leg.
Would be a nice little conversion I'd say - then upgrade it to 1.4 -> 1.6 later on with a Puma engine.

Didn't Juha Kankunen (ex Subaru WRC) own that or one the same as it?

I would make sure you had the center bore adapter fitted - and at least one made from aluminium not plastic. That way the wheel is sitting on the hub in the centre and the bolts / nuts are just being used for clamping force to keep the wheel face clamped to the hub (as luckygti said) If you do not use the centre bore adapter then the studs / boltsare being used for both shear and clamp force which they probably are not designed to do.
I know this from experience - although to be fair (to the sheared wheel studs) it happened when landing a rally car after getting some serious air over a jump......
