Nigel, I messaged you through faceknob. Very interested to the point I think I've convinced myself to buy without speaking to swmbo.... If you could pm me your number for a chat and postcode so I can get a quote or 2 on having it picked up. Thanks.

For anyone wondering, i drove one of these for a week or so and was shocked at how quick they are, really don't hang about! Another mega cool feature was the electric rear quarter windows, very trick

I have an S14 SR20DE and manual box (complete setup) coming my way... Not enuf cyls doe M9. Needs to be a 6 minimum. Apparently RBs drop in, they came with them in some markets. Expensive for what you get though, and I'm not overly concerned about turbos with the build style I'm going for. Would rather triple carbs or itbs. A Lexus v8 would also be cool, but all the gearbox expense outweighs the motor being cheap. Do you want an LS400 then? Got one of those too.

I actually quite like the L series, I'd possibly put another big 6 in if it wasn't too expensive. But they all seem to be. Finding a gearbag at OK money is proving difficult though. I have an S14 SR20DE and manual box (complete setup) coming my way...

Thought you probably would have. Sometimes if it's not our usual area of expertise, then little bits of knowledge help, and I know Nissans and Toyotas. Carbs and old v8's on the other hand... I have some experience with stuff like this, a mate did briefly own an identical laurel a few years back, as well as skylines, and ae86s, which I used to work on with him, and I've had a s13 as well. So far I'm liking this a lot more than all of those, so there's a good chance it's going to stick around for a while. a mate? bit of a stetch there fella! To be fair that Laurel was bought purely for the wheels on it. 15" SSR mesh on the rear and 15" XR4 longchamps up front, manual, cherry bomb exhaust, fancy steering wheel, pool ball gearknob and sub £400 all in if I remember with an MOT (of some description)... ...the droplinks made of cable ties and bottle lids were a bit suspect, amongst the other bodges. Later sold to some of west londons finest who run up a load of fines, tickets and then ran out of talent and hit a tree.

I'll offer £150 Can see a broken window, glass in the interior etc so I assume theres a bit more that needs fixing than mentioned.
My uncle had one of these from new and wouldn't mind fixing this for the sake of nostalgia
