Can't find any beige ones, but in my mind, these are kinda 'Hirst Spec' ^ Love the wheels ^ All the glitz & glam Lose the rear wing and this would win above all the others for me. Colour scheme of the Gods. ;D

"Pontiac Fiero: If Hirst had a sports car then this would be it." Nah, my ideal "sports two-seater" would be a Mercury LN7, the first generation with the weird front.

I prefer the earlier 'notchback' version. I'd go later, as the earlier versions had more than a few problems, handling like a bar of soap, catching on fire, etc... These problems all got fixed, though, and the V6 is the same as either the Grand National or the GMC Typhoon, so would take well to forced induction. An XE Red Top wold be boss as well. All in all, a lot like the Chevy Corvair. Rear or mid engine, great potential, started out horridly, fixed and then promptly cancelled at their best.

As we mention the Corvair I'll reitterate the old but often forgotten nugget - Ralph Nader originally wrote "Unsafe at any speed" about the evils of rear engines in the VW Beetle, but then Chevy launched the Corvair he rewrote as GM had more money than VW back then...
