just bought this off a mate as hes replaced it with a shiny new transit connect.
the only reason I bought it ive done most of the servicing/fixing on it since he got it, and hes thrown a lot of money at it recently, so I know its a goodun and has been looked after, I don't need it as ive already got a van.
in the last year its had- partially rebuilt engine, cambelt, clutch, engine bay wiring loom, full service- filters etc. front wheel bearings, engine mounts, brake pads, auxillary belt, and thats just the stuff I can remember. hes dropping me off the history file later on with full details so I will update then, but I know its had at least the asking price spent on it in parts in the last year.
'51 plate, model 865D, 1.9 non turbo diesel, dark blue.
condition is about par for the course for a 10 year old work van, a bit grubby inside, not to bad outwardly apart from bottom of passenger side wing is dented. small scuffs and dents as youd expect but nothing that really lets it down. the load area is lined with plastic panels.
it has factory fit 14" alloys, look a lot tidier than steels.
tax til end of nov, text til mid october. ive added it to my trade policy rather than having to sorn it and cash the tax, so it can be driven straight away, just get some insurance and youre good to go.
currently has a personal plate on, but thats in the process of being transferred off.
