Deep in a darkened corner, hiding beneath boxes, blankets and a carpet of dust, sleeps a little black A30.
It has been hibernating for over 30 years, and has suffered a punch on the nose prior to the lay up.
I can't post pictures from here, so come on RR, inspiration needed, a plan is to be made if this little beauty is to wake again.

I had a A30 as my first car (in early 70's) and have just sold my A35 due to having a big sort out of life (ill health). Great little cars.

How have you found it for working on? What is the parts situation like for panels and also price wise?
I think if I am allowed to take it on, I'll be using midget/spitfire mechanicals to upgrade the brakes and perhaps a hotter motor, I'd love to do it a funky purple, dropped on some slot mags or perhaps allycats.

All parts are easy to obtain,Except new wings.fibreglass ones are available,or repair panels.new bumper are about £180 or get them rechromed for about £100. Most people have changed the front brake`s and fitted midget disc`s and a servo. Engine wise just about any A.Series in line engine will go, in but with yours being a A30 you will either have to modify the tunnel or modify your gearbox. By joining the club you will get a lot of help and meet some great friends. Also their is alot of local groups in different area`s around the country. A Suzuki Cappacino engine & box would fit a treat, and be quick and reliable.
