Hi there,
I am taking my son Toby to the Gathering and we are camping on Saturday. He is 6 and I just wondered what experiences people had of taking younger ones to the Gathering?
Obviously we will be at the quiet end of the site but I am curious to know how others have got one with their little ones at Gatherings in the past?
Many thanks.
Rysz.

Different age bracket but Alfie has been there since he was born. He has no choice, obviously lol. He will be running round causing maybem like all 2 year olds do this year!
I have always spoken to families in the campsite to check they are OK, and are happy with everything and everyone around them. I have never been told of a single issue.
Older kids seem to have been predominatly occupied by my dog Harry lol. Obviously, he wont be there this year as NO DOGS ARE ALLOWED!
Following on from Rysz' question - who is bringing kids this year??

We only camped on the Gathering site for the first one at Mallory when ickle_Seth was two and a bit. Had no issues really. Quiet neighbours helped a bit I guess I suppose you've just got to make sure they don't wander off on their own with cars driving around the place but equally, drivers need to be responsible and not hoon about.

We're bringing our lad, Seth, who's just turned 4. He'll be more excited than us by the middle of next week!
