My insurance is due asap and I don't want another £300 on the credit card, I also don't want to have to send the tax back, So if anyone wants this asap I will sell if not I'll re-insure and carry on daily driving it.
The exterior is in good nick, few minor dents and scratches, back arches have been repainted, can tell up close but looks good.
The interior has a few holes, general wear and a broken rear head rest (its backwards??) everything works, its the ghia so it has everything you could imagine apart from leather. No parcel shelf and the electric mirrors only work a bit. It has a ford cd player and radio and 4 speakers. working aircon. remote central locking etc,
Mechanically there is some clonking from the rear over bad bumps - think beam bushes but it drives fine. Its had a new clutch fitted by a garage this year, the engine goes well and doesn't use oil or water. new pads on the front, the drums have been stripped and cleaned but imo need the lip grinding off as the handbrake is a little slack (did pass the mot though)
the rear window has stickers on it as i once lost it in a car park, (very common car). Its a decent little run around the 16v zetec-se engines are very peppy if you press on and good on fuel if you don't (the previous old boy owner was averaging 50mpg, although i suspect he never topped 2500 revs - hence the new clutch)
