Ok apologies in advance for a slightly vague description but I've taken this against another car I'm selling but as I've put a fair bit of time and money into my transit and it's a bit bigger,I'd like this gone reasonably quickly.
Right, good points,73k,6 months rent,red,2000 model year, pretty much rust free, side load doors(may be twin sld?),drives spot on and only 4 keepers, bit short on Mot so I'll put 12months on it,can't see it needing much but I do all my own work so it's only parts plus £50 for the ticket.
Bad bits,no pix as yet,be thursday now due to work stuff as that's when I pick it up,dent in rear 1/4 above light(reversing style),very small ding in the wing, probably a few more marks etc but actually very straight for a van,WAY cleaner than my transit.
It's the 2.3 d which is slow but mega reliable, pretty sure they run ok on veg too?
Nothing much else to say really other than I gave him £800 against my Ka due to it's mileage and tax and general condition so with a new Mot I'd like £850,just covers my costs,if theres extra work needed,I'll stomach that.
I stay in Aberdeen but travel home to Swansea on the 16th for a week or so meaning if you cover my journey on and a bit of petrol money you'll get it delivered near enough anywhere in the uk for free, can't really say fairer than that.
I'm in a bit of a dolly daydream but I'm sure it's an x plate not a w,a very minor bonus!!!
Looking on eBay etc with the miles it's anything from £700 to £1995 but I just want back my allowance on it.
It's quite a nice sized van too,a touch bigger than an swb transit,be ideal for someone trying to earn an extra few quid doing gardening, valeting, home maintenance etc, even if your in a band and just want to lug your gear around without wrecking the car, this could fit the bill.
I love transits, but they sadly attract the wrong attention from the law and I've been stopped in mine 5 times in 3 months of ownership whereas these things seem to blend in a bit better.
P/x always interests me,but no rat looks unless it's very cool or reversible, but literally anything considered, just be realistic as I am,cars, bikes, vans, perhaps a very nice tv,the kind you watch, whatever, just try me.
Thanks all.
